如果對汽水有癮可以用 soda water 代替 不過大佬一年飲唔到三、四次,冇呢個問題啦,其他睇落都唔難。


我覺得另一個好習慣係飲食之前望一望營養標籤,戒食多添加劑嘅嘢。
我開始懷疑食得多添加劑,連個樣都會變...成日覺得某啲內地人個樣同吸毒的人士畀人同一種感覺,唔知關唔關添加劑事.....

飯其實比較有水份同飽肚感,比起食麵同麵包,對keep fit更有效 可以既話,食糙米紅米好過白米
