時間真係過得好快，當年寫左嘅信仲未有機會拎都唔知幾時先拎到
見到大家都好鍾意用一年做單位去思考，減肥做運動依啲展望每年都一定會出現，但唔係好多個做到包括我
如果真係有心去完成list上面嘅野，應該每個月都要做一次咁嘅思考
